BAD BOYS OF THE MARQUIS DE SADE

Photos by BIRON
Over 50 of photographer Biron's sexy young models are featured in the limited first edition of BAD BOYS OF THE MARQUIS DE SADE published in September 2007, and available in France exclusively at Nicole Canet's Au Bonheur du Jour Gallery in Paris.

In his Preface, Dr. Frits Staal, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and South East Asian Studies, University of California at Berkeley, states:

"The Marquis de Sade who has given us the word sadism, evokes a world of unbridled sexual energy. Biron's imagination rivals his but in a modern world that is more open: gay San Francisco. In the hands of a gifted photographer, the divide between reality and the imagination is slight.".

Biron's multicultural male photographs, which attempt in their explicitness to blur artificial distinctions between art and pornography, have been exhibited at the Scott Nichols Gallery in San Francisco and at the Au Bonheur du Jour Gallery in Paris. His photographs have also appeared in three books by Janssen Verlag and several magazines internationally including aK, OG, blue, XY, Trikone and Frontiers.

Each of the 8.5"x11" hardcover books contains 168 original Photos by BIRON printed on quality glossy paper. This first edition is signed and numbered and also contains one loose 8"x10" color print in a protective glassine envelope that is also signed and numbered by the photographer.

This limited edition with enclosed print is available for 500 Euros.

THE FETISH FASHION OF PETER BERLIN

Photos by BIRON
19 of photographer Biron's sexy young models are featured in the limited first edition of THE FETISH FASHION OF PETER BERLIN, published in September 2007, and available in France exclusively at Nicole Canet's Au Bonheur du Jour Gallery in Paris.

In his Preface, first published on the internet at the Queer Arts Resource (QAR ) in 2006, Biron states:

"Males in heat is what [70s porn star] Peter Berlin's couture is all about. Crotch and ass defining garments are the mainstay of Berlin's designs ? fabrics that reveal more than hide and help prolong the erection through elaborate foreplay.... I could go on, but let me show you the photographs I took, mainly in 1996-1997, of model dressed and undressed in the clothes Peter Berlin designed, created and wore on camera and in the bars, alleys and parks he frequented in San Francisco and New York.".

Each of the 8.5"x11" hardcover books contains 67 original Photos by BIRON printed on quality glossy paper. This first edition is signed and numbered and also contains one loose 8"x10" print in a protective glassine envelope that is also signed and numbered by the photographer.?

This limited edition with enclosed print is available for 500 Euros.
